Cancellation Policy

All services require a non-refundable 25% deposit at time of booking.  Cancellations are accepted up to 1 day before the scheduled appointment.  Clients are responsible for the full value of the services booked and agree to be automatically charged for that amount in appointments are cancelled with less than 1 day’s notice. These policies are always in effect unless otherwise stated in specific agreements between VIP Care FL and you, our valued client.

Refund Policy

VIP Care Florida prides itself on it’s customer service. We will not stop until you are satisfied. Due to this obsessive need to have our customers satisfied, and the nature of the services we sell, we do not offer refunds on any of our products or services, unless otherwise stated in specific contracts/agreements entered into between us, VIP Care Florida LLC, and you, our valuable client.
